Bespoke learning and development

learnpurple apply creativity, originality and energy to a wide range of topics from management, leadership, communication and teambuilding to specific skills such as sales, business development and customer service through to life skills like assertiveness and time management. Using our knowledge of service industries and their people, together with tools, techniques and best practice examples gathered from around the globe, we have designed unique, high impact sessions that will bring you real results.

We understand that service industries and the people within them are diverse so we can tailor all of our programmes. They can be run as a 90-minute learning bite, half day, full day or longer, depending upon budget and time constraints and the level of intensity required.

By working closely with you as an extension of your internal resource structure, we design programmes that reflect your company values, culture, goals and key messages. We are a useful external sounding board and can facilitate meetings, away days and other interactive sessions and deliver lively, intelligent and inspiring keynote and instructional sessions at company conferences.

learnpurple is as committed to delivering an excellent level of service as we are to being green. Accordingly, although paper exercise sheets (recycled of course) are available during our sessions, all handouts are sent to delegates electronically after the training, and feedback is also collated online. This serves as a reminder as well as enabling us to add value by sending any additional articles / references on the specific topic as a follow up. All of our training - public and bespoke - is highly interactive, with exercises throughout.
