This second emotional intelligence session explores how others function, what causes specific reactions and how to choose the right response. People are complex beings who need to be handled with care, consideration and assertiveness; therefore the ability to read an individual emotionally is highly beneficial. Delegates will learn how others work, helping them create more trusting, lasting and productive allegiances with clients, colleagues and others – ensuring profitability.
