Linda McAulay - Managing Director, Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland

For the past 12 years Linda has worked at a senior level in various organisations in the technology, outsourcing, offshoring, management consultancy and hospitality sectors. Linda works with organisations to understand, analyse and interpret the people implications of their strategic direction and develop strategic plans and action based plans to support the achievement of business goals in terms of people resourcing, staff reward and staff development. In order to consistently deliver world class customer service, the core competency required in organisations is their talented human capital. Linda is also SDI® qualified.

Dorothy Moore

Dorothy graduated from Strathclyde University in 1991 after studying hotel management and industrial relations. She has worked in various managerial roles within the hospitality and retail industries, latterly as human resources director for a hotel company. A Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, Dorothy specialises in designing and delivering learning and development solutions to help small to medium sized businesses to nurture and grow their talent. Areas of particular interest are assisting new supervisors and managers to get the most from their team members and promoting excellence in customer service. Her style is interactive and practical with an element of fun.
